for the development as constructed including change of use from farm to pet farm and small zoo along with the following works, retention permission for 2no. agricultural barns, b) indoor football astroturf shed, stable block consisting of 8no. stables, toilet block, education centre, animal food preparation & storage area, canteen, 2no. childrens function rooms, indoor soft play area, admissions building and associated gift shop, poultry housing, duck housing, 2no. fox shelters, veterinary medical room, storage sheds, 2no. animal viewing shelters, staff welfare container, donkey shelter, wallaby shelter, treatment system & percolation area, 2no. car parks consisting of 227 car parking spaces & 3no. coach parking spaces and all associated SUDS measures, playground, bin storage area dungstead & effluent tank sign at entrance and all associated site works.Planning permission is sought for 5 no. EV charge points, bicycle shelter, 3 no. disability parking spaces and landscaping & boundary treatments along with all associated site development and facilitating works.
