for a milking parlour (3), dairy (5), machine room (4) and meal bin, walled manure pit (12A), slurry tank (T1) and slatted feeding area (12C & 19), 2 no. loose houses (9 & 8A), cubicle shed (16) and unroofed cubicles (17), roofed silage pit (15) and unroofed, walled silage pit (15), feed store (13) concrete yards (A & 18), hardcore yards and all ancillary works. The new development will consist of the erection of a roof over existing collecting yard (3A) and new slurry tank (T3), cattle drafting yard (3B), roof over existing manure pit (12A), feed passage (12B) and unroofed slatted feeding area (12C), roof over existing loose yard ((11) previously granted permission under Pl. Ref. 07/466), underground slatted slurry tank (T3) and underground slabbed soiled water tank (T4), alterations to existing farm road, concrete yards and ancillary works.
