Full description from the council file

Amendments to the house types previously permitted under Planning reference 24/60485. The changes include the replacement of 1 no. Part single-storey and part two-storey terrace block comprising of 2 no. single-storey, 1-bedroom maisonettes; and 7 no. two-storey, 2-bedroom houses (house numbers 06-14); with 1 no. semi-detached block comprising of 1 no. single-storey, 1 bedroom maisonette; and 1 no. two-storey, 2-bedroom house; and 1 no. part single-storey and part two-storey terrace block comprising of 1 no. single-storey, 1-bedroom maisonette; and 6 no. two-storey, 2-bedroom houses. The proposed development also includes the provision of bin and bicycle stores serving the mid-terrace units, amendments to the foul sewer layout previously approved under planning reference 24/60485, and all associated ancillary site development works. The development is within the curtilage of a protected structure (B14-66).
