for (a) collapsed walls and re-construction of same walls to southwest and northeast elevations to existing dwelling granted under Planning Ref. 2360425, (b) addition of window to southwest elevation to dwelling granted under Planning Ref. 20360425, (c) realigned vehicular entrance layout granted under Planning Ref. 20360425, (d) alterations to domestic garage granted under Planning Ref. 20360425 including changes to the roof profile and front elevation along with all associated site development and facilitating works. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of retention of the following: 1) Raising of roof height by 0.154 metres, 2) altering the dimensions of 3nr box dormers, 3) removal of chimney detail to front elevation from that granted under Planning Ref. 23/60425
