A new detached 50 m² office/studio to the rear of the dwelling; 4. New detached 50m² workshop to the front of the site; 5. New entry from the road; 6. Stabilisation of existing stone ruin walls for use as an external courtyard; 7. New wastewater treatment plant, landscaping and all associated site works.
