planning permission to amend an existing planning permission (Ref: 22/117), to construct 19 number dwelling houses with associated site works and services at Laurel Avenue, Knockavota, Milltown, Co.Kerry Permission is sought to 1) Amend the existing planning permission granted under Pl. Reg 22/117, to include : • The construction of 5 no. detached dwelling houses, in lieu of 3 no. detached dwellings houses granted on sites Nos 01A,01B &02 and 4 no. semi-detached dwellings granted on sites Nos. 03A,03B,04A&04B • Alterations to the permitted site plan layout to facilitate the above-mentioned revision to the housing mix and numbers • All ancillary site and landscaping works necessary to complete the development.
