the refurbishment and extension of the existing Stella Maris house to include, (i) Front restoration works comprising replacement/upgrades to existing windows and external door, repairs to chimney and roof, and restoration of front garden walls, fence and path, (ii) Internal alternations and general repairs throughout the dwelling; (iii) demolition of the existing two-storey rear extension and construction of a new two-storey rear extension with link connected single-storey garden room, (iv) loft conversion to include a new rear dormer roof, (v) demolition of existing garden shed and barn and construction of a new single-storey outbuilding (vi) provision of new rear entrance, gate and parking provisions (vii) and all associated and ancillary site works. The building is a protected structure Ref- RPS-KY-1260,
