A) Change of use of existing first floor restaurant/retail/offices (837.1sq.m), and storage/services on the ground floor (35sq.m) including an internal access stair to use as a gym facility. Internal alterations to the existing layout to accommodate the proposed change of use, B) external alterations to the elevations to include provisions for a new 24/7 access entrance at ground floor level, internal stair alterations and new access lift to first floor level, C) new signage to the front elevations and all ancillary site development works and site services.
