permission for (a) material change of use on the ground floor from office to restaurant/café space, on the first and second floor from office to 3 no bedrooms on each floor,(6 bedrooms in total), (b) permission to remove the existing upvc windows on the front elevation and replace with Georgian style timber sliding sash windows, (c) remove/alter existing shopfront on ground floor and replace with timber shopfront which shall replicate the original first day design, (d) form an opening on the ground floor, which will form an access to 32 Denny street (e) form an opening on the first and second floor (this will allow access from 32 Denny street corridor to service the proposed 3 no. bedrooms on each floor), (f) construct a new enclosed stairwell on the first and second floor at the rear of 32 Denny street, over existing single storey ground floor extension, (g) minor alterations to ground, first and second floor layouts (h) remove existing stairs serving the ground, first and second floors and all necessary ancillary site works
