Permission for development which consists of: THE DEVELOPMENT WILL CONSIST OF demolition of an existing 3 storey rear extension and construction of a two storey rear extension and minor internal and external alterations to the main house. Alterations to a rear two storey mews building fronting onto Palmyra Avenue to include partial change of use to habitable accommodation, external alterations to include provision of two new window/door openings, a replacement roof and floor structure, rear roof mounted solar panels, lime plaster to external walls and other minor internal and external alterations and all associated works
