Permission is sought by Leadlane (Mincloon) Ltd for the construction of a Residential Development at Mincloon, Rahoon road, Galway City. The development will consist of: 1. Construction of 48 no. own door apartments across 5 no. Duplex building blocks; a. Block 01 consists of a 1-3 storey building, comprising of a 1 no. 2 storey 2 bed apartment, 2 no. 2 bed ground floor apartments, 1 no. 3 bed ground floor apartment, 3 no. 3 bed upper floor apartments, integrated bin store and integrated bike store. b. Block 02 consists of a 3 storey building, comprising of 4 no. 2 bed ground floor apartments, 4no. 3 bed upper floor apartments, integrated bin store and integrated bike store c. Block 03 consists of a 3 storey building, comprising of 5 no. 2 bed ground floor apartments, 5no. 3 bed upper floor apartments. d.
