The provision of a site entrance off the existing Lios na Si housing estate, internal road, paving, pathways, parking, amenity space, streetlighting, connection to existing public services (foul water & mains water supply) an attenuation tank and all associated site development works, boundary treatments, landscaping and ancillary services to complete the development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with this application
