for proposed development comprises a biodiversity enhancement scheme undertaken within three existing open spaces (referred to as Zones) of the Business Park, to include: (i) improved access to, and provision of seating to all Zones (1, 2 3); (ii) the implementation of a comprehensive biodiversity enhancement strategy to all Zones (1, 2 3); (iii) the provision of an outdoor gym and exercise area, and related signage at Zone 3; (iv) the installation of entrance signage, biodiversity-related signage and interpretive display board at all Zones (1, 2 3); (v) the creation of 4 no. rain gardens at Zone 3; and all associated site works
