The proposed modifications include revisions to the three-storey boutique hotel – amendments to internal layout, removal of the proposed café to Nun’s Island St, removal of the proposed basement, an increase in the number of rooms from 34 to 45, revisions to the east and west elevations and revisions to the elevations to the north-facing courtyard, a reduction in overall area from 1239 sqm to 1118 sqm and all ancillary site works
