Variations to project with Register Reference SD22A/0455 & ABP-315996-23; Change of layout from 2 no. bedrooms with study to 4 no.bedrooms with study, an obscure glass bathroom window on the gable end of the first floor of each of the three houses, use of permeable paving on the lands with a total of seven rainwater harvesting tanks to recycle water into the houses. Alter inside layouts, timber cladding applied to the inside of concrete block perimeter walls instead of acrylic render, leave walls facing laneway exposed to match the surrounding area walls with no capping on top and leave new entrance gate where it currently is to suit safer use of the area and facilitate turning circles. Astro in the rear gardens instead of grass and retain existing concrete shed to the rear of house No.1.
