The removal of 22 no. parking spaces within the carpark situated to the east of No. 4 Broomhill Terrace anf the construction of a single-storey, with mezzanine level, warehouse unit (365 sqm) to the east of No. 4 Broomhill Terrace. The extension of existing carpark situated to the west of No. 1 Broomhill Terrace to accommodate 12 no. additional parking spaces; and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development. The proposed development will result in a total number of 18 no. parking spaces to serve the proposed unit and existing units at Broomhill Terrace.
