Change of use of vacant first floor level restaurant approved under planning register reference SD02A/0482, to provide a residential use comprising a total of 6 no. apartments, including 3 x one bedroom and 3 x two bedroom units, all served by private balconies. Minor alterations to window and door arrangements on all elevations and new first floor extension to front elevation. Redesign of existing first floor roof patio space to provide new landscaped communal garden and open / social space for all occupants of the proposed apartments. 6 no. vehicular parking spaces at basement level, 6 no. dedicated bicycle / storage units at mezzanine level and dedicated bin storage area at ground floor level and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
