Full description from the council file

The construction of 1 no. part single/part two-storey one-bedroom dwelling to the side/north. The dwelling will have 1 no. roof light, will be served by 1 no. on-curtilage vehicular parking space and will be provided with private amenity space in the form of a rear garden. Amendments to existing on-curtilage parking area and vehicular access off Grangebrook Avenue to facilitate and new parking space for proposed dwelling and shared vehicular access. Amendments to roof of existing dwelling and all ancillary works, inclusive of landscaping, boundary walls and treatments, and SuDS drainage, necessary to facilitate the development.
