F17A/0513) comprising the omission of Condition 3 as attached to Reg. Ref. FW23A/0143 and the reconfiguration of the vehicular parking area to provide a total of 94 no. car parking spaces (inclusive of 8 no. EV charging spaces and 5 no. accessible spaces), 8 no. motorbike parking spaces and a bicycle parking area (60 no. spaces) with all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development. & Retention Planning Permission for construction of single storey extension (40.5sq.m) to the eastern elevation of the existing building to accommodate a freezer room.
