Permission is sought for: (i) Demolition of the existing two-storey detached dwelling and associated single storey garage; (ii) Construction of new detached three-storey 6-bedroom replacement dwelling with basement level, a two-bedroom nanny/carer accommodation at first floor level with own door access and access to the main dwelling at ground floor level, and associated single storey 3-bay garage: Provision of (a) Cinema room, wine storage, plant rooms, bike storage room, storage rooms, and other utility rooms on basement level; (b) A 10m x 4m swimming pool with associated steam room, sauna, and gym facilities, a back kitchen, and patio at ground floor level; (c) South facing balcony on first and second floor levels; (d) 6 no. rooflights over ground floor level and 3 no. rooflights over second floor level; and (e) An internal lift for accessibility; and (iii) All associated site works including site clearance, both hard and soft landscaping, bin storage, boundary treatments, SuDS and other drainage infrastructure as necessary to facilitate the development.
