Planning permission for the continuation of use for a temporary 7 year period of the existing Western construction contractor 'pre-screening' compound, permitted under PA Ref. No. F21A/0232, on a 5.9 ha site to the south of the R108, Pickardstown, Swords, Co Dublin, K67 H5W8. The proposed development will also include the continuation of use of the existing office cabins, vehicle workshop, security gatehouse, bus stop, soil mounding and foul storage tank, car parking (150 no. spaces), truck parking (25 no. spaces) and trailer set down area, cycle parking, a hardstanding area for skip set down, streetlighting and electrical switchroom.
