The development will consist of: Permission sought for new ground floor front and rear extensions, new rear ground floor lantern raised rooflight, new ground floor entrance door to existing side passage, new first floor front extension to include rooflight to side and roof alterations, new ground floor projecting canopies to side and rear, new first floor rear window, new first floor obscure glazed side windows, new external insulation finish to all existing and new external elevations, removal of existing chimney stack, internal alterations, new permeable hard landscaping to rear and all other associated ancillary site development works. Retention Permission sought for modifications of existing external window and door openings to front, rear and side at both ground and first floor levels, construction of new window openings to front, rear and side at both ground and first floor levels, removal of existing first floor side window, internal alterations and all other associated alterations.
