The development will Consist of: Alterations to rear of existing dwelling to include single storey rear extension, new door in side wall to lean-to storage shed, internal alterations, back garden boundary wall raised to match lean-to wall level, reduction of existing rear vehicular gate in side boundary wall to pedestrian gate and all associated site works.
