The proposed development will consist of: (i) Construction of 1 no. single storey, 3 bedroom, detached rural dwelling, (ii) New vehicular access from off Kilhedge Lane, provision of a new access driveway and within-curtilage parking, (iii) Installation of a new proprietary wastewater treatment plant (WWTPS) and associated percolation area, (iv) All associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development including SUDS surface water drainage, site works, boundary treatment and landscaping.
