The development will consist of the demolition of an existing 12 sq.m single-storey flat roof extension to the rear of the existing cottage; internal alterations and refurbishment of the existing cottage; the construction of a two-storey extension to the rear of the existing cottage having a gross floor area of 110 sq.m; alterations to the existing front porch including cladding and an increase in the height of the existing flat roof; the construction of a detached domestic garage having a gross floor area of 77 sq.m to the rear of the site; the provision of a new pedestrian gate to the front boundary wall; together with all associated site development works, drainage, landscaping and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
