The retention of 7.2 sqm area to west side of garage differing from the garage footprint approved under Planning Application F06B/0617, and Planning Permission: 2. The reconfiguration of the garage roof to provide an additional utility room & bedroom in the current garage. The roof will be increased in height with 2 no. rooflights added to the south side of the roof (facing the roadway), 3.
