Full description from the council file

The proposed development consists of: An increase in the total number of residential units from 60 no. permitted units to 71 no. units overall, and the addition of car parking spaces. No changes to previously permitted Blocks 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. The proposed amendments include: I. An overall increase of 11 residential units, comprising: A.) Block 1: Revision of the previously permitted 3-storey apartment block containing 10 no. residential units to a 4-storey apartment block containing 12 no. residential units (comprising 4 no. 1-bedroom units, 4 no. 2-bedroom units, and 4 no. 3-bedroom units). B.) Block 2: Revision of the previously permitted 3-storey apartment block containing 12 no. residential units to a 4-storey apartment block containing 18 no. residential units (comprising of 6 no. 1-bedroom units, 6 no. 2-bedroom units, and 6 no. 3-bedroom units). C.) Block 8: Revision of the previously permitted 2/3-storey terrace block containing 6 no. residential units to a revised 2/3-storey terrace block containing 9 no. residential units (comprising 7 no. 3-bedroom, 2-storey House Type A units and 2 no. 4-bedroom, 3-storey House Type A2 units). II. Associated revisions to the site layout to accommodate additional car parking spaces. III. Provision of Private amenity space, communal open space, Bicycle, bin storage, and all ancillary works, including drainage, landscaping, and boundary treatments, necessary to facilitate the development.
