Full description from the council file

The development will consist of a detached two-storey dwelling to include the installation of a proprietary effluent treatment system and percolation area. Vehicular access is proposed through an entrance off the Local Road L5045 to the east of the site. The development will include ancillary site development, drainage & landscape works, and the proposed boundary treatment to consist of timber fencing, hedgerow, and trees native to the area, to include all associated site works.
