The development will consist of: to the ground floor (a) change of use from residential to Dental Surgery, (b) the demolition of the existing 7.9 sq.m extension to the rear and two internal walls, (c) minor facade alterations to create a separate entrance to the dental practice, (d) the construction of a single storey 55 sq.m extension to the rear to provide an additional surgery, office, bathrooms and staff facilities To the first floor, the conversion of the existing layout into a studio apartment with own front door access on the ground floor and roof terrace, (e) rear car parking space via vehicle entrance to the rear of the property, (f) new signage fronting Drogheda Street.
