The Development consists of the following; - The construction of a terrace of 4 no. three-storey dwelling houses, comprising 2 no. two-bedroom units with gross floor area 129 sq.m and 2 no. three-bedroom units with gross floor area 134 sq.m, each with a private rear garden. - Proposed vehicular access from South Strand Road and pedestrian access from Strand Street. - Provision of 8 no. car parking spaces. - Hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, and associated services, including drainage works and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS). - Connection to foul and public water mains and all other associated site development works.
