Full description from the council file

The proposed insertion of one new window (1500mm x 1000mm) at stairwell level to the existing side/gable elevation of the dwelling in order to provide natural light to the internal staircase area. The proposed window is located on the gable wall and does not give rise to overlooking or loss of privacy to adjoining properties. There are similar side/gable windows already existing on neighbouring dwellings and elsewhere within the estate (photo attached).
