Full description from the council file

The proposed development will consist of: (i) the construction of a new entrance porch; (ii) the removal of the existing first-floor balcony balustrade and the extension of the first-floor bedroom over the existing ground-floor bay window, incorporating new glazing and a flat roof; (iii) the extension of the previously permitted ground-floor side extension on the southern side of the dwelling to align with the main external wall of the dwelling; (iv) the construction of a first-floor side extension over the previously permitted ground-floor side extension; (v) the relocation of the existing timber ESB pole within the rear garden; and (vi) all associated internal alterations, external works and site development works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
