Full description from the council file
The proposed development will comprise the demolition of 2 no. two-storey bungalows and the construction of 15 no. residential units, comprising 6 no. two-bed apartment units within a three-storey apartment block and 9 no. five-bed detached and semi-detached three-storey houses. Balconies and / or private terraces are provided for all apartments. The development will also include 15 no. surface car parking spaces and associated vehicular, pedestrian and servicing access from Station Road. The proposal includes cycle parking and bin storage, foul and surface water drainage (including an attenuation system), communal and private open space, landscaping, boundary treatments, and all associated site development works.
