CHANGE OF USE: The development consists of modifications to the permitted Block A and adjoining public realm areas within the SHD approved under Ref. ABP-312290-21. The development involves change of use of the permitted retail/ commercial unit (156sq.m) to create 3no. 1 bed apartment units with associated private amenity spaces/ terraces and associated modifications to the west, north and east elevations of the permitted Block A. Permission is also sought for all associated site and development works including reconfiguration of permitted public realm, cycle parking, pedestrian ramps and stairs between Block A and the northern boundary of the site adjoining the railway line and Park West Avenue to the west. The application is a large-scale residential development and is available for inspection at the following web address www.parkwest-lrd1.com
