5. (a) All balconies facing the River Liffey, all prominent balconies visible on approach to the site, and all balconies fronting the public street shall be constructed with glass balustrades to ensure a high-quality finish as previously permitted. Only balconies located internally within the scheme shall be altered from the previously permitted glass balustrade to a metal balustrade. (b) All balconies identified in the submitted wind study as requiring solid balustrade treatment shall be retained as previously permitted and shall not be altered from the approved design. Prior to the commencement of development, detailed drawings clearly identifying all balconies proposed to be altered shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the Planning Authority.
