6. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: c) Prior to the commencement of development, a Cycle Parking Access Strategy demonstrating safe and convenient access to all cycle parking shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the Planning Authority. Lift access to basement cycle parking shall be provided where feasible, subject to the written agreement of the Planning Authority. d) Prior to the commencement of development, revised drawings detailing the provision of 10 cargo bicycle parking spaces at ground floor level in a secure and accessible location shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the Planning Authority.
