4. The developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation officer: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (v) Following the completion of hygrothermal analysis (e.g. WUFI), the interpreted results and recommendations shall be submitted to the Conservation Officer. The applicant shall provide justification for each selected wall system in wet areas and a set of detailed drawings to show the locations, build ups and finishes for agreement with the CO.
