7. (a) The attenuation and disposal of surface water shall comply with the requirements of the planning authority for such works and services. Prior to the commencement of development, the developer shall submit details for the disposal of surface water from the site for the written agreement of the planning authority. (g) Revised attenuation calculations shall be submitted for written agreement with the planning authority to demonstrate that the throttled discharge from the proposed blue roofs has been adequately accounted for in the downstream 'Ground Level Catchment' calculations so that the overall discharge rate from the site won't exceeds 2l/s.
