The development will consist of a change of use of an existing ground floor level unit (c. 712.5 sqm GFA) in Block F from a convenience store/food hall to a gym (c. 712.5 sqm GFA), an ancillary external area (c. 57.4 sqm) to the east of the unit, along with all ancillary site works. The existing unit is situated on the north side of Block F, with the ground floor level facing towards Sir John Rogerson's Quay to the north. The building was permitted/constructed under DSDZ2546/15 (the 'parent permission' - as amended by DCC Reg. Ref. DSDZ2145/18, DCC Reg. Ref. DSDZ3834/18, DCC Reg. Ref. DSDZ4159/18, DCC Reg. Ref. DSDZ2121/19, DCC Reg. Ref. DSDZ2513/19, DCC Reg. Ref. DSDZ2310/19 and DCC Reg. Ref. DSDZ4100/23).
