6. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage, Planning Policy and Development Control Section: h) The proposed Green Blue roof shall be designed in accordance with the requirements of the Dublin City Council Green & Blue Roof Guidance Document (2021). As construction has commenced on site, full details of proposed SuDS measures shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority within three months of a grant of permission. There is a general restriction against the use of underground surface water attenuation tanks within new developments. The applicant shall assess requirement for the proposed tank. Only where all alternative nature-based solutions have been deemed infeasible, shall the proposed tank be permitted.
