4. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information, for the written agreement of the Planning Department: a) A conservation-led methodology for the relocation of the windows and subsequent façade repairs shall be submitted to the Planning Authority. The brick removed during the work shall be retained and re-used in the reconstruction of the wall below the new location of the window. All new pointing shall be to best conservation practice and in accordance with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage’s Advice Series and shall match the existing on the house in style and colour. A conservation specialist with proven experience is to be appointed to carry out the work. The render repairs to the rear shall match the extant render.
