2. Prior to commencement, the applicant shall submit a set of revised drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority which include the following details: a. The external insulation to the front façade shall be finished in pebble-dash to match the existing finish of the subject property and the adjoining terraced dwellings. b. The full depth and precise extent of the proposed external insulation on all elevations, including details of how the insulation will align with and transition to the existing red brick finish at ground-floor level on the front elevation. Reason: To protect residential and visual amenity of the area.
