5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: (viii) Revised 1:20 plan, section and elevation drawings of the proposed new roof access hatch in No. 65 bedroom R03.02 and conservation roof light. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structures at 64, 65, 66 Gardiner Street Lower and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
