5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: (ix) 1:20 plan, section drawings of the proposed AOVs at roof level in No. 64 and 66 and 1:5 key junction/flashing details with roof coverings. (x) Record of all conservation repairs executed to the interiors including marked-up floor and reflected ceiling plans accompanied by a schedule and cross-referenced record photographs. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structures at 64, 65, 66 Gardiner Street Lower and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
