8. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit to the planning authority for written agreement revised drawings which must show how the development can facilitate 1no. cargo bicycle stand in addition to the existing provision on site. The design and layout of the stand shall be in accordance with Section 6 of the Cycle Design Manual, 2023 published by the National Transport Authority
