3. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Department : b. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit, for the written approval of the planning authority: ii. Revised floor plans, section, and elevation drawings showing the proposed single storey extension reduced in length by 1 metre to be in line with the extension of the neighbouring Protected Structure at No. 4 Leeson Park Avenue. Details of all proposed finishes and materials, 1:10 flashing details for all junctions between the new extension and the historic structure shall be submitted. iii. The revised drawings shall omit the demolition of the spine wall between the entrance hall (UGF01) and the front reception room (UGF02) at upper ground level.
