3. The applicant shall incorporate the following amendments and submit revised drawings for the written approval by the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development: a) The proposed first floor south facing bedroom window shall be omitted in its entirity. b) The proposed first floor south facing WC window shall be reduced in length to no greater than 1 metre and shall be finished with obscure glazing and permanently maintained as such. c) The propsoed first floor rear facing window shall be reduced in length to no greater than 1.7metres, the applicant may decide to relocate the rear window more centrally and /or provide roof lights overhead to provide more natural daylight to the Bedroom 3.
