11. The developer shall comply with the following archaeological requirements: b) Prior to demolition the standing historic buildings on the site shall be subject to a historic building survey (See historic England levels 1-4 https://historicengland.org.uk/images-books/publications/understanding-historic-buildings/heag099-understanding-historic-buildings/) carried out by a suitably qualified professional. This survey shall consist of a full analytical record using documentary sources and provide a full written, drawn and photographed record of the buildings.
