PERMISSION AND RETENTION: The development will consist of : 1. Permission for proposed front (5msq) and Rear (32msq) single storey extensions. And associated site works. 2. Permission for Second floor attic conversion space in to proposed storage space and Study (17.3msq) With new dormer structure and window to the rear North East facing elevation. 3. Permission for the removal of the existing end hipped roof and replacing with new Roof structure with gable end wall with window and all associated site works. 4. Retention for the widening of the front entrance, additional hardcore and all associated site works.
