PROTECTED STRUCTURE: RETENTION: The development consists of: Retention permission for works carried out; at ground, mezzanine and basement levels at No.7 Westmoreland Street, D02 XF76 and 39 Fleet Street (D02 EK07) a Protected Structure. The development works consisted of a two-storey extension infill to a former external yard, internal reordering and alterations. Development works at basement level consisted of: 1. Internal alterations and reordering layout 2. Provision of two internal lobbies to existing stairs. Development works at ground level consisted of: 1. A single-storey extension over infilled basement and the removal of external wall elements to enable internal connection, with provision of plant to the external roof. 2. Internal alterations and reordering layout. 3. Reconfiguration of the existing external door leaf. Development works at mezzanine level consisted of: 1. Retention of infilling of former void in mezzanine floor. 2. Internal alterations and reordering layout.
